Schedule

• Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm EST
• Sat/Sun off
• Some additional hours as needed (on call 1x per 11 weeks)

This role will cover our Terre Haute, Vincennes & Washington offices.

Founded in 2014, we make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible, and affordable. We empower members through community support, outpatient weekly group therapy, and medication management using buprenorphine and naltrexone. Our approach emphasizes long-term recovery as a team effort, providing comprehensive, coordinated care that fits into our members' schedules, leading to high retention and success rates.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality care delivery and achieve clinical quality goals.
• Manage a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices.
• Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and supervision.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and prepare for site audits.
• Participate in clinical protocol development and training.
• Support new location launches and community outreach.
• Represent the organization in meetings and events.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health (Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or behavioral health.
• Licensed at the Independent level (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC).
• Proven management experience and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across dispersed teams.
• Valid driver’s license, own transportation, and ability to travel up to 50%.
