Responsibilities

1. Provide clinical supervision for case managers and therapists.
2. Complete clinical reviews and sign off for designated care teams.
3. Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned.
4. Cover caseloads as needed/assigned.
5. Oversee daily operations and team functions.
6. Implement programs that increase appropriate behaviors using established techniques and methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• LISW or LPCC certification required.
• LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in community-based counseling.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
