Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Virginia is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services for residents in a safe, recovery-focused environment. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish a therapeutic environment and routine to support long-term recovery.

The role requires licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSAT) and experience with substance use disorders; experience with opioid treatment and supervising licensed eligible staff are preferred.

Qualifications

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists), or LSAT license required.
• Experience with substance use disorders.
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred.
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
• Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors clinical records for quality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintains CSAC accreditation status for clinical care.
• Manages a caseload and covers for absent counselors as needed.
• Oversees 18 days PTO and 401k with company match.

Requirements:

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists), or LSAT
• Experience with substance use disorders
• Experience with opioid treatment preferred
• Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
• Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
