Job summary

SAGE Counseling Inc. in Arizona seeks a Full-Time Lead Assessment Clinician to conduct assessments, diagnose clients, and complete intakes for new clients. The Lead will review and approve completed assessments, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Required are a master's degree in a behavioral health field and a behavioral health license (LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW). The role supports remote work from home within Arizona, with all necessary equipment provided, and includes a competitive compensation

• Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMSW) required.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing.
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Job description

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Lead Assessment Clinician to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients. The Lead position will also assist with reviewing and approving completed assessments. This role requires a Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW).

Where will you work?:

Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!

When will you work?:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

What do Clinicians do?:

• Conduct assessments
• Diagnosing
• Complete intakes for new clients

Pay

Up to $70,000/year, depending on licensure and experience.
