Job summary

SAGE Counseling seeks full-time Licensed Clinicians to deliver individual sessions to clients in the Greater Phoenix area. Clinicians manage a 1:1 caseload and may fill in for group counseling when needed.

Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Competitive compensation with up to $64,700 for Independent Clinicians and $62,700 for Associate Licensed Clinicians, plus bilingual differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Behavioral health licensure (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT) required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one individual sessions to clients.
• Occasional coverage of group counseling sessions as needed.
• Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, typically 8am–5pm.

Salary Range: $47,500.00 To $64,700.00 Annually

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Licensed Clinicians to provide one-on-one individual sessions to SAGE clients. Clinicians will have a case-load of 1:1 sessions, but have the opportunity to fill-in for group counseling session coverage as needed.

SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for Clinicians in all areas of the Greater Phoenix area!! This role can work in a SAGE office, remotely, or a combination.

Individual Clinicians are full-time employees and primarily work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, or similar hours.

Pay:

Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $62,700

Independent Licensed Clinicians: $64,700
