• Minimum 3 years supervising or leading frontline staff.
• CJIS Certification upon hire; background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to behavioral health crises as part of mobile crisis team.
• Provide real-time clinical consultation and field support to responders.
• Conduct screenings and assessments of mental health needs and safety concerns.
• Lead crisis interventions using trauma-informed practices.
• Provide day-to-day clinical supervision and guidance to staff.
• Review documentation to support quality and billing.
• Provide supervision hours for licensure as required by standards.
• Deliver clinical training on crisis intervention and documentation.
• Document interactions in the Electronic Health Record.

What You’ll Do

• Respond directly to behavioral health crises in the community as part of the mobile crisis team.
• Provide real-time clinical consultation and field support to Behavioral Health First Responders before, during, and after crisis responses.
• Conduct clinical screenings and assessments to evaluate mental health needs, trauma, substance use, risk, and safety concerns.
• Lead and support crisis interventions using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
• Provide day‑to‑day clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to front‑line staff.
• Review clinical documentation and notes to support quality and billing requirements.
• Provide required clinical supervision hours for staff pursuing licensure in accordance with applicable licensing standards.
• Provide clinical training and skills development related to crisis intervention, documentation, and best practices.
• Accurately document clinical interactions in the Electronic Health Record.
• Identify trends, risks, and training needs and communicate concerns to program leadership.
• Support program operations during periods of high service demand, major community events, or emergency responses.

Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active clinical mental health license as required by applicable state or local regulations, such as LPC, LCSW, or LSW
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, homelessness, or related populations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision or lead clinical support to front‑line staff
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by program operations
• Ability to successfully complete a required background check

Working & Physical Requirements

• This is a mobile, community‑based emergency response position
• Ability to travel and work in various community environments
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, twist, and climb steps as required
• Ability to assist individuals with limited mobility as necessary
• Must be comfortable working in changing and uncontrolled community environments
