Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily operations of the clinical program, and help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment.

A minimum of a Master's degree and CO licensure (LAC, LCSW, or LPC) is required, with 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and the chance to advance recovery care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LAC, LCSW, LPC) for this role

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LAC, LCSW, LPC in Colorado)
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
