Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center, Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Director and oversee the daily operations of the clinical program. You will help maintain a warm recovery environment, supervise group activities, and ensure high-quality documentation and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of relevant experience and current licensure in Louisiana. The role emphasizes strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support patient retention and treatment

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice in this state (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Efficient and driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication abilities.
• Positive, warm, and dignified demeanor aligned with recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
