Avenues Recovery Center in Maryland seeks a skilled Clinical Director to lead and supervise daily operations across our Maryland facility. You will ensure execution of the clinical program roadmap and maintain a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings, 3 years in chemical dependency/dual diagnosis, and Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings.
• 3 years in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current Maryland licensure to practice as clinical director (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility.
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure timely client documentation and coordinate with Utilization Review as needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD)
