Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinician to provide evidence-based counseling and case management for MOUD patients in Western Massachusetts. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create and monitor individualized treatment plans and coordinate care across providers.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, with opportunities for professional growth and impact within a long-established regional organization.

Competenze

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • Massachusetts licensure (LICSW/LMHC) or license-eligible toward independent licensure.
  • Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

Mansioni

  • Provide evidence-based counseling and case management to MOUD patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and recovery coaches to create treatment plans.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family counseling with evidence-based practices.
  • Complete timely EHR documentation and monitor client progress.
  • Coordinate care with medical staff, recovery coaches and partners.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and utilization reviews.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
  • Educate clients and families on addiction recovery and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state standards and confidentiality.

What You Will Do
  • As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide evidence-based counseling and case management services to individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD).
  • Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other behavioral health professionals, you will help develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and wellness.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
  • Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.
Who You Are
  • Master\'s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LADC I, or equivalent or license-eligible and actively working toward independent licensure.
  • Experience providing behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.
  • Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), or other substance use disorder treatment setting (preferred).

PAY RANGE: Licensed Clinician: $75,000 - $81,000 per year Unlicensed (license eligible): $65,000 - $73,000 per year
