Chimes in Exton, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight of designated staff and shifts, while delivering direct care as needed. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on clinical work within the Mental Health Outpatient program.
The successful candidate holds a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health discipline, at least two years post-degree experience, and a state license (LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC).

In this role, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight of his/her designated clinical staff and/or designated shift, as well as providing direct care services to the extent determined by the Program Coordinator. This position has a part-time clinical supervisory function. Formal administrative duties and supervision remain the responsibility of the Program Coordinator.
Full-Time; Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ( flexible hours)

Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Two years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field, one year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training preferred
License required (LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC)
Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
