Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company seeks a Clinical Coordinator to guide the Crisis Intervention Program in West Reading, PA. You will supervise clinical and nonclinical staff, ensure licensing and best-practice standards, and provide direct client services when needed.

You’ll manage daily operations, oversee budgeting, and coordinate with the Accounting Department while maintaining program readiness and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
• 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including 1+ year of supervisory responsibility.
• Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise clinical and nonclinical staff, provide regular supervision, conduct evaluations, and train staff to excel.
• Drive program excellence by managing daily crisis intervention program operations and ensuring standards.
• Support clients in crisis with direct services and referrals to appropriate care levels.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expense tracking with Accounting.
• Ensure quality and compliance by monitoring data, reporting incidents, and keeping audits ready.
• Collaborate with clients, families, payers, and community partners and represent Chimes at interagency meetings.

Job Details

• Program: Crisis Intervention Program
• Location: West Reading, PA
• Schedule: Various hours
• Pay Rate: $60,000+ /year

What You'll Do

• Lead & Supervise: Oversee clinical and nonclinical staff, provide regular individual and group supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and train staff to excel in their roles.
• Drive Program Excellence: Manage daily operations of the crisis intervention program, ensure services meet licensing, regulatory, and best-practice standards, and maintain full program coverage.
• Support Clients in Crisis: Provide direct services as needed, make prompt referrals to appropriate levels of care, and ensure staff and clients can access community resources when it counts.
• Manage the Business Side: Oversee program budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expense tracking in coordination with the Accounting Department.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Monitor performance improvement data, respond to client concerns, report incidents promptly, and keep the program audit-ready at all times.
• Collaborate & Represent: Build strong relationships with clients, families, payers, and community partners, and represent Chimes at interagency meetings.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
• 3+ years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including 1+ year of increasing supervisory responsibility
• Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred

Required Clearances

• Pennsylvania Act 33 Clearance
• Pennsylvania Act 34 Clearance
• Verification of no Medicaid/Medicare exclusion status

Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
