Job summary

Humana Inc. (CenterWell Senior Primary Care) is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to shape PCO's strategic direction and translate it into measurable business results. You will work across executives to solve complex problems, build financial analyses, and present recommendations to inform decision-making.

You will manage priority workstreams, develop business cases, and drive cross-functional execution with influence across the organization, including EST hours and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in management consulting and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in financial modeling, interpreting data, and building business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and leading cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and delivering clear insights.
• Ability to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations for leadership and Board decisions.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, and risk management.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and alignment to advance strategy development.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates communicating progress and risks.
