Leap Health in New York, hybrid role, Strategy & Operations Manager will execute the Activation playbook, roll out playbooks and training for new client launches, and keep the metrics and reporting that leadership relies on up and running. This person works closely with Intake, Care Operations, and Care Guides, stepping in wherever execution needs an extra hand.

Reporting to the Head of Member Operations and Strategy, this is a hands-on operating role for someone who wants to be in the mechanics

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Able to operate within an existing playbook and adapt in the field.
• Strong with metrics and able to translate data into action.
• Proven ability to build trust without formal reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Activation playbook day-to-day and refine it over time.
• Roll out playbooks and training for new client launches.
• Cover gaps across Intake, Care Operations, and Care Guide as needed.
• Build and maintain dashboards; track KPIs for leadership visibility.
