Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home health, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Staff scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical staff schedules with RN/DON and coverage needs.
• Maintain accurate staff schedules, availability, and scheduling records.
• Coordinate with Rehab regarding therapy start/end dates and staff follow-through.
• Provide resident care documentation support and ensure regulatory compliance.
