Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Staffing Assistant at the AW Glendale Corporate Office in Glendale, WI. The role supports the Float Staffing department, helping maintain the scheduling system and records, and collaborating with unit leadership to optimize staffing changes while controlling costs.

You will serve as a point of contact for staff questions about clinical schedules and may manage files for the Staffing office, including agency credentials and scheduling data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
