Job summary

Oasis Nursing & Rehab in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house team serving residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes.

You will evaluate swallowing and cognitive deficits, develop and implement treatment plans, provide AAC systems, educate residents and caregivers, coordinate with other professionals, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate swallowing or cognitive deficits in residents.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Provide AAC systems for communication disorders.
• Educate residents and caregivers; coordinate with other professionals.
• Ensure accurate billing records and clinical documentation.
