Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) from ASHA and state licensure where required.
• Basic knowledge in rehabilitation and training/experience in audiology screening.

Responsibilities

• Established time frames for delivery of documentation 95% of the time.
• Documentation meets quality assurance and certification standards.
• Quality of patient care maintained at a high level: thoroughness, accuracy, safety, conformance to standards.
• Policies and procedures related to customer service adhered to 100% of the time.
• No deficiencies identified during certification surveys on more than one occasion.
• Every entry in a medical chart passes audits 95% of the time.
