Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language rehabilitation. You will evaluate, develop, and administer customized treatment plans and track progress for patients in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role requires CCC certification, state licensure, CPR or within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree is preferred (Bachelor’s with related experience acceptable). Join a national leader in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
