The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with pediatric populations is preferred, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions, focusing on improving communication abilities.
