Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Clinical Specialty Account Executive (RN, LPN, COTA, PTA) to build strategic partnerships with cardio, neuro, ortho, and urology practices and drive patient-focused home health referrals.

This territory-based role offers a robust bonus plan, competitive base salary of 80k–95k, and frontline support to educate physicians, coordinate transitions of care, and grow census across Polk County.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience.
Experience calling on physician offices or specialty practices.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop referral partnerships with Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology providers.
Educate physicians and staff on appropriate home health utilization.
Identify patients who would benefit from skilled home health services.
Coordinate referrals from physician offices through admission and ensure smooth transitions of care.
Drive census growth through strategic relationship management.
