Concierge Home Care seeks a Clinical Specialty Account Executive (RN, LPN, COTA, PTA) to develop strategic partnerships with specialty physician practices in Florida. The role focuses on Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology, driving referrals to home health services and ensuring smooth transitions of care.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 with a robust quarterly bonus structure. Local travel across Polk County, FL, and a supportive clinical team enable strong market growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Experience calling on physician offices or specialty practices.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral partnerships with Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology providers.
• Educate physicians and office staff on home health utilization.
• Identify patients who would benefit from skilled home health services.
• Coordinate referrals from physician offices through admission to ensure smooth transitions.
• Drive census growth through strategic relationship management.
• Maintain communication with referral partners and executive leadership.
