Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical support and education to customers for the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio. You will drive clinical programs, enable product implementations, and train users to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with regional teams, manage training from pre-sale to post-conversion, and build strong end-user relationships while ensuring high-quality clinical education and support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active RN license and an AS degree; BSN preferred.
• Experience with ultrasound-guided vascular access procedures.
• Advanced certification in vascular access preferred (CRNI/VA-BC/CCRN/CEN).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work in clinical education roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage Travel & Expense budget.
• Provide monthly regional training activity updates to Clinical Manager.
• Facilitate customer training classes for conversion/retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Team to support customer engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion.
• Develop relationships with end-users and provide product in-servicing and clinical education.
• Provide routine follow-up support to customers at end-user locations.
• Conduct regional training for contractual nursing support as needed.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager to optimize schedules.
• Conduct Vascular Access Management assessments to support Vascular Care sales.
