Job summary

BD is partnering with healthcare professionals in Tampa, FL to support BDPI procedures and promote adoption of our Peripheral Vascular products. The Procedural Specialist provides clinical expertise, training, and hands-on demonstrations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the sales team, ongoing education for medical staff, and active involvement in product launches and market feedback to drive growth and better care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or clinical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years of clinical interventional experience required
• Prior experience in medical device sales or clinical specialist role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during BDPI procedures in hospitals and clinics.
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on the proper use, benefits, and troubleshooting of BDPI products through in-service presentations, workshops, and one-on-one interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets for the BDPI product line.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Bard BDPI solutions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in the launch of new products and technologies by providing clinical expertise and support to early adopters.
