Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support joint replacement surgeries in Portland, OR and surrounding areas. You will work with Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, assisting in pre-operative planning, case coverage, and in-OR support.

Responsibilities include instrument checks, setup, and real-time troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, education programs, and maintaining high standards in patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirements as listed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Clinical/operating room exposure preferred; 1 year preferred in clinical settings.
• On-call coverage and travel to customer sites are required.

Responsabilités

• Gain solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support instrument checks, setup, and OR readiness for cases.
• Troubleshoot in the OR and ensure safe, efficient workflows.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory for accounts and field operations.
• Participate in trainings, product demos, and customer education.
