Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Oregon to support orthopedic surgeries using both robotic Mako and manual techniques. You will work with surgeons in pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra-operative support while developing skills across instrumentation and OR protocols. Expect on-call duties after hours and weekends as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with 4 years of experience also acceptable.
• High school diploma with 6 years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gain solo case coverage competency for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Assist with daily account coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
• Shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, labs, and customer trainings.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education
