Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist III, CPT in Virginia Beach, VA. You will collaborate with Territory Managers, deliver clinical and programming support, and build strong relationships with physicians and staff.

The role requires strong clinical competence, travel within the territory, and capacity to handle a dynamic schedule while driving sales opportunities. The position sits within Abbott Neuromodulation; you will lead educational initiatives and support capital equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years in the medical devices industry, including inventory management.
• Exceptional clinical competence.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area on a regular basis.
• Willingness to work an unpredictable schedule and on short notice.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads revenue generating projects to support account ownership.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and competitors.
• Delivers high-quality clinical service and competency to accounts.
• Trains new Clinical Specialists and provides coaching.
• Provides technical, clinical, and programming assistance to Territory Managers.
• Supports after-hours calls and activities; builds strong rapport with customers.
• Implements sales strategies and educational projects in accounts.
• Ensures compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
