Job summary

Abbott Neuromodulation is seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT for Long Island, NY to provide technical clinical expertise and support the sales process. You will collaborate with Territory Managers and healthcare customers to advance product adoption.

You will handle complex programming, case support, and training on implantable devices, travel up to 25%, and develop deep knowledge of assigned accounts to drive satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years’ clinical experience and ability to collaborate with patients.
• Ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in Chronic Pain Therapies.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation abilities across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, clinical, and programming support to Territory Managers.
• Assist Territory Managers in after-hours call support and activities.
• Builds trust and relationships with customers and accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Travels up to 25% to support customers and accounts.
• Delivers training and clinical in-services on Abbott products.
