Job Overview

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist II, CPT to join our Neuromodulation team in Connecticut. This role involves providing technical clinical expertise, supporting sales processes, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver technical, clinical, and programming support to sales teams and customers.
2. Assist in after-hours support and customer engagement activities.
3. Build trust and rapport with clients and support staff.
4. Provide education, training, and technical troubleshooting for Abbott products.
5. Develop in-depth knowledge of accounts, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to sales strategies.
6. Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and gather market intelligence.
7. Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
8. Travel up to 25% within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical certification; Bachelor’s preferred.
