Job summary

Stryker in Hartford, CT is seeking a field-based professional to provide surgeons and OR staff with training and clinical/technical support for navigation technologies to ensure procedural efficiency. You will establish relationships with OR staff and surgeons, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in intra-operative guidance.

You will support the sales plan, expand navigation technology utilization at accounts, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to highlight product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of navigation technologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with OR and Hospital staff including surgeons and nurses.
• Prepare pre-operative scans for use with the Enabling Technologies system and assist in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support the execution of the sales plan and grow utilization by increasing volume with current and potential customers.
• Actively sell clinical benefits of the products and build relationships with key customers at target accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services consumed during surgical procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assists surgeon in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support the execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential customers.
• Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key customers at target accounts
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services consumed during surgical procedures

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 6 years clinical experience

• This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees.
• Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

United States of America Pay Ranges:

• US10: $65,900 - $91,600 USD Annual
