Responsibilities include implementing new technology across hospitals, training physicians and nurses, and partnering with sales to expand adoption while championing best practices and superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step-down experience.
• 2+ years as field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.
• Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators.
• Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program.
• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.
• Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.
• Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption.
