The role emphasizes hands-on training for physicians and nurses, field-based client support, and collaboration with sales to expand adoption across hospitals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, a nursing degree or higher, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down.
• 2+ years of experience as a field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented.
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.
• Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators.
• Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program.
• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.
• Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.
• Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption.
