Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Hamburg region seeks a field-based Clinical Sales Specialist to support hospitals with non-invasive patient monitoring products. You will accompany trial orders, demonstrate parameters, and implement tailored solutions with the sales team.

You will train clinical staff, present at workshops and trade fairs, document feedback in the CRM system, and collaborate with Service, Marketing and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with medical training (e.g., cardio technician, nurse with specialization).
• Excellent medical/product knowledge and understanding of hospital workflows.
• Strong self-organization to plan and execute actions.
• Confident, personable presence and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accompany trial orders for measurement parameters and products at customer sites.
• Develop and implement tailored customer solutions with sales staff and provide ongoing support.
• Train clinical staff in Masimo's training center or hospitals.
• Present products at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
• Document and relay customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with national and international teams (Service, Marketing, Tech Service).
• Travel in the assigned region at least 60% of working time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accompanying applications (trial order of measurement parameters and products) in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring at the customer's site

Development and implementation of individual overall solutions for the customer together with the sales staff and subsequent continued support

Training of clinical and nursing staff in the company's own training center or in hospitals

Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses

Documentation and forwarding of customer feedback in the CRM system

Collaboration with national and international teams such as Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service

Traveling in the assigned region at least 60% of the working time

Requirements:

High school diploma with subsequent medical training, e.g. as a cardio technician, nurse with specialized further training

Excellent, product-related medical expertise as well as knowledge of hospital processes

High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions are essential to achieve goals

A confident and personable appearance allows you to win people over

You enjoy developing solutions for customers as part of a team

Fluent in German and good Knowledge of English
