Are you a clinically focused healthcare professional with experience in wound care, skin care, tissue viability, or medical devices? Do you enjoy educating healthcare professionals and driving best practice through training and clinical support?

An innovative and growing international healthcare company is seeking a Product Application Specialist to support the adoption and correct use of advanced wound care solutions across the North or South Germany.

Role

As the clinical expert for your territory, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and commercial teams to deliver high‑quality education, product training, and clinical support. You'll play a key role in increasing clinical confidence, improving patient outcomes, and supporting business growth through effective training and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face, virtual, and in‑field product training to healthcare professionals and care providers
• Provide hands‑on clinical education and application support to ensure best practice product usage
• Act as the regional clinical expert for product‑related and application‑related inquiries
• Develop and deliver engaging educational materials aligned with healthcare quality and regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical excellence
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Marketing, and Clinical teams to drive product adoption and account development
• Gather and share customer insights to support product development and commercial strategy
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support wider market development

What We’re Looking For

• For Nursing, paramedical, tissue viability, wound care, or other relevant clinical background
• Experience in a Clinical Specialist, Product Specialist, Clinical Educator, Application Specialist, or similar role within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong clinical knowledge in wound care, skin care, tissue viability, or related therapeutic areas
• Experience delivering training programs to healthcare professionals in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support account growth and product adoption
• Native‑level German and good English language skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region
