Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Clinical Specialist with a strong background in critical care to support the rollout of innovative medical technology across hospitals and clinical sites.

You will train physicians, nurses, and clinical educators while promoting best practices and a modern approach to managing critically ill patients. Travel within the territory is required, and you will work closely with sales to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down.
• 2+ years of experience as a field-based clinical specialist for a medical device company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
