Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, clinical support, athletics, or B2B sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience in operating room, patient care, medical device, or customer-facing sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person clinical support during surgical procedures and operating room cases.
  • Assist physicians and OR staff with product preparation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, features, and clinical applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital personnel.
  • Support multiple territories, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Coordinate case coverage schedules and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
  • Maintain professionalism in fast-paced clinical environments.
  • Participate in training programs and ongoing product education.
  • Assist with inventory management, product logistics, and case readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person clinical support during surgical procedures and operating room cases
  • Assist physicians and OR staff with product preparation, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, features, and clinical applications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital personnel
  • Support multiple territories as needed, including occasional overnight travel
  • Coordinate case coverage schedules and ensure timely communication with internal teams
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Participate in training programs and ongoing product education
  • Assist with inventory management, product logistics, and case readiness
