Job summary

EnsoData seeks a Clinical Solutions Specialist to deliver compelling, clinically accurate product demonstrations and enablement across healthcare customers. The role combines pre‑ and post‑sale activities, training delivery, and ongoing solution support in a hybrid or remote setup.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to tailor clinical workflows, educate clinicians, and capture feedback for product improvements. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical/healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of clinical/healthcare tech experience.
• RPSGT Certification required.
• Hands-on experience with clinicians in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting sales teams or pre-/post-sales roles preferred.
• Certified in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) and Sleep Disorders Specialty credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinically accurate product demonstrations with Sales Account Executives.
• Lead clinical onboarding and training for new customers (virtual and in-person).
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance and workflow optimization post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing on clinical use cases.
• Educate internal teams on clinical workflows and updates; ensure regulatory alignment.
