EnsoData is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to drive clinically accurate product demonstrations and comprehensive training for healthcare customers. The role blends pre- and post-sale support, enabling adoption and customer success within hybrid or remote work setups.
You will partner with Sales and Product teams to address clinical workflows, deliver education, and ensure regulatory compliance across medical devices and SaMD. Located in the Eastern time zone is preferred.
In short: we're looking for a Clinical Solutions Specialist (hybrid or remote) passionate about making healthcare better. This position offers a salary of $90,000 to $100,000 OTE (base salary plus variable compensation) based on experience, along with stock options, benefits such as paid time off, healthcare insurance, and more.
The Clinical Solutions Specialist serves as a clinical subject matter expert and customer-facing partner, supporting both pre- and post-sale activities. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality product demonstrations, clinical training, and ongoing solution support to healthcare customers, while closely collaborating with Sales Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal success.
Note: this role is based in the continental United States and currently EnsoData is unable to support sponsorships; candidates must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future.
