Job summary

RedSail Technologies LLC seeks a Pharmacy Consultant, Clinical Services, to build relationships and deliver clinical coaching, education, and adoption support for customers and partners. You will work across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development, providing clinical input and leading coaching calls.

Responsibilities include industry liaison work, demonstrations, and mentoring interns, with travel to multiple sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with an active pharmacist license.
• Minimum of two years of applicable experience in pharmacy settings.
• Experience in community/retail and long-term care preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry groups, and colleagues.
• Provide consultation, training, and education to customers for program adoption and success.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Training.
• Act as a clinical information resource and guide product development with clinical input.
• Lead customer coaching calls and mentor pharmacy interns and residents.
• Identify workflow and software utilization improvements and communicate insights.
