Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a clinically oriented sales professional to provide demonstrations and use of company devices in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale contexts across healthcare facilities. You will present to physicians and administrators, promoting clinical and financial benefits.

You will evaluate new devices, drive adoption, and serve as a subject-matter expert while maintaining certifications and credentials.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or equivalent 6 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years medical device sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain all certifications and vendor credentials.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong educational and presentation abilities across settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal presentations to Physicians and Administrators detailing clinical and financial benefits.
• Demonstrate and integrate company devices within patient-care areas.
• Promote product usage across customer facilities and collect feedback.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Provide product support and education in various formats.
• Expand knowledge of market developments and act as SME.
• Prepare information for internal leadership on customer acceptance.
