Job summary

Seven Counties Services seeks a licensed professional to provide clinical services, including intakes and group, individual, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention. The role emphasizes documentation, case reviews, and collaboration with schools and health agencies.

Strong communication and caseload management are essential. Master’s degree with relevant licensure is required, along with the ability to sign notes as a professional equivalent where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with certification or licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, Marriage and Family Therapy Associate)

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions (group, individual, and family therapy) and crisis intervention.
• Maintains and completes service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports, letters) per standards.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning based on client progress and quantitative results.
• Collaborates with school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding programs and client needs.
• Attends staff meetings and treatment planning meetings providing program-related information.
• Writes correspondence for clients and families (court reports, letters of recommendation) as required.
