Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and LCSW credentials required.
• 4–6 years direct social work experience, including 4 years post-master's.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to undertake supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload with varying client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including group and individual therapy, family and marital therapy.
• Prepare psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, and other documentation.
• Develop treatment plans and after-care plans based on client progress.
• Collaborate with CHR, schools, physicians, and other health agencies.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide program administration input.
