Job summary

Seven Counties seeks a licensed clinical professional to provide therapy services including intake, group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention. You will complete psychosocial assessments, case notes, and develop treatment plans, including after-care for clients exiting treatment.

You will collaborate with school officials, families, and health agencies, participate in planning meetings, and mentor clinical staff while helping to develop programs and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with LPCC/LPCA/LMFT or equivalent licensure.
• Four to six years of clinical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of mental/physical characteristics of the population served.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Potential for supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to handle a caseload with varying client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services including intakes and therapeutic interventions (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Complete service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports, letters) per standards.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans and after-care for exiting clients based on data and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with school officials, families, and external health agencies regarding client needs and programs.
• Attend staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and clinical seminars; mentor/advise staff.
• Write court reports and letters of recommendation per standards; contribute to program development.
• Demonstrate leadership by serving as clinical resource.
