Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide recommendations to the clinical team from a mental health perspective.
• Coordinate, lead and facilitate behavioral workshops.
• Counsel, coach and educate patients and family on lifestyle changes and setting goals to promote behavior change.
• Documents assessment information in the patient’s medical record (EMR).
• Leads evening support groups with other team members.
• Participates in Bariatric Team meetings and contributes to Bariatric program development.
