Job summary

Harbor Behavioral Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our Lexington program. This on-site role requires five days per week, with days scheduled in writing and the possibility of one weekend day.

No after-hours work or on-call duties. You will conduct intakes, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, document thoroughly, and coordinate with Peer Support Specialists and the site owner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license, today.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work (drafting, organizing, summarizing).
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups and engage clients at our program.
• Perform intakes, including visits to personal care homes.
• Own the clinical side of client records: assessments, treatment plans, documentation, prior authorizations and renewals, and insurance calls.
