Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Social Worker to provide clinically related social services to residents and their families, and to participate in the admission process with the Administrator and Director of Nursing.

The role involves assessing psychosocial needs and delivering individualized support to help enhance residents' quality of life. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred, with a minimum of two years' long-term care experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in social services; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care setting.
• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-C in Maryland) if employed there.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinically related social services to support residents and families.
