Hireology is seeking a Social Worker to support residents and families with social and emotional well-being in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and compassionate care.

You will develop social histories, create care plans, participate in care conferences, and coordinate transitions to ensure smooth resident experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

• Develop detailed social histories and assessments for residents.
