The Division of Public and Behavioral Health: Rural Clinics (RC) in Gardnerville or Fallon, NV, has an opening for a Clinical Social Worker 2. This role delivers outpatient behavioral health services, conducts assessments, and coordinates care across clinic teams.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing is required to provide individual and group therapy, case management, and treatment planning across residential, outpatient, and community settings. NHSC loan repayment may apply.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker by the Board of Examiners for Social Workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform client/inmate evaluations and assessments through interviews and records review.
• Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and coordinate services.
• Conduct individual, family and group therapy, develop discharge plans, and provide case management.
