Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure required.
• Experience providing clinical services in outpatient settings and in the community preferred.
• Knowledge of court-ordered programs and service coordination helpful.

Responsabilités

• Perform client evaluations and intake assessments, including review of records and development of treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy using diverse therapeutic approaches.
• Coordinate discharge and aftercare plans; advocate with external agencies and courts as needed.
• Conduct crisis interventions and implement safety protocols to protect clients and staff.
• Supervise staff and students as assigned; participate in training and program development.
