Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to clients across Nevada. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and experience supporting individuals with a range of mental health and psychosocial concerns. Care is delivered with attention to each client’s clinical needs, personal circumstances, available support systems, and access to appropriate resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
• Provide counseling and behavioral health support within the scope of LCSW practice
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and respond to changes in clinical or psychosocial needs
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other members of the care team
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies, available services, and community resources
• Coordinate referrals and additional support when appropriate
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Follow applicable Nevada licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

Qualifications
